Robert E. "Bobby" Shelton Is the President and principal instructor for Life - Line Solutions. He spent 31 yrs. in the emergency response community and is a recent retiree from a large Midwestern fire dept. where he worked as a firefighter/paramedic/Haz-Mat Specialist assigned to one of two Heavy Rescue Companies. He is trained in all technical rescue disciplines, is a State of Ohio Fire Inspector and Instructor, and a former Master Haz-Mat instructor for the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF). He also is an OSHA General Industry and Construction trainer. Bobby and his wife Roxanne have been married for 35 years and have one adult daughter.
Conn Hayden Sr. has more than 20 years in the emergency services having retired from the Louisville Fire Dept. as a captain in the training division. Conn holds certifications as a Confined Space, Haz - Mat, CPR / First - Aid instructor as well as OSHA 10 and 30 hour trainer and also serves as a Master Instructor in Haz-Mat for the Internatioanl Association of Firefighters (IAFF). Conn has a son and twin daughters and just had his second grandchild.
