Bobby Shelton is the president and lead instructor of Life - Line Solutions with 31years of emergency response experience. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Emergency Management. He is an instructor in Haz-Mat, American Heart Association CPR / First - Aid and other emergency response courses, is a State of Ohio Fire Safety Inspector, Nationally Registered Paramedic, and an OSHA Construction and General Industry Trainer. He has been married for 33 years and has one adult daughter.

Matt Noble is a 10 year veteran of the emergency services who holds an Associates Degree in Fire Science and a Bachelors Degree in Emergency Management. Matt is a Nationally Registered Paramedic, a State of Ohio Fire Safety Inspector, and an American Heart Association CPR / First - Aid instructor. Matt speaks Spanish fluently and is the father of triplets and a teenage daughter.

Conn Hayden Sr. has more than 20 years in the emergency services having retired from the Louisville Fire Dept. as a captain in the training division. Conn holds certifications as a Confined Space, Haz - Mat, CPR / First - Aid instructor as well as OSHA 10 and 30 hour trainer. Conn has a son, twin daughters and just had his first grandchild 2 years ago.

Kaytlyn A. Shelton is a HIV educator outreach worker and health consultant . She teaches bloodborne pathogens and communicable disease protection. She specializes in youth education and is a health consultant to Cincinnati Public Schools. She spends much of her time with her dog Apollo and is a music lover who loves to cook.
